At the end of 2020, Epic Games, as the developer, launched a new skin, namely Kratos, which was taken from the God of War game character in the Fornite game.
And earlier this year, Fornite will have new in-game content related to the names of well-known soccer clubs in the world, from Europe, the United States, Australia to Brazil. Like Manchester City FC, AC Milan, to Juventus.
Epic Games has teamed up with some of the biggest soccer clubs in the world for their newest skin set on Fortnite. The developers launched a new "kickoff set," which allowed players to swap 23 different kits.
Quoted from Engadget, in addition to skin, Fortnite also received a new emote based on Pelé's iconic aerial shot celebration. Both the skins and emotes will go on sale on January 23rd, but players can also own them early and for free, by entering the Fortnite "Pelé Cup" tournament on January 20th.
Epic Games also introduces a new football-themed game mode, in creative Fortnite mode.
“Players will use bodies, pickaxes, power-ups, speed boosters and more to try to beat their opponents and emerge victorious in this 4v4 style game mode. Each game has two innings, with the winner advancing to face off and the other team and fighting for 3rd and 4th place in the other match, ”Epic Games wrote.
