The reason is, Sony has officially announced a line of free PlayStation Plus games for January 2021, Thursday (31/12).
There are three game titles with the genre of Role-playing gaem (RPG) that PlayStation Plus subscribers can get for free.
These three games can also be a consolation for your New Year's holidays that must be passed in gray due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Interestingly, this time Sony presents a combination of free games for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 users.

Maneater (PlayStation 5 Version)
The first free game Sony presented to PlayStation Plus customers was Maneater.
